Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work at GSD Suitable Collection.

7-day return window

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to request a return

• Message us on WhatsApp at 0788-655299 within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order details and the reason for the return
• We'll confirm the return, arrange collection or return delivery, and process your refund or exchange

Non-returnable items

• Items marked "Out of Stock" or purchased as part of a clearance/bundle offer, unless faulty
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as possible — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as agreed with you at the time of the return request.
